Clamp

Hose clamp is widely used in motor vehicles, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, wine-making sewage treatment, purification, dust removal, auto parts and other machines. It is especially suitable for connecting high-grade Senior high school vehicles or anti-corrosion materials. The throat hoop is resistant to torsion and pressure, firmly locked, tightly locked, and has a large adjustment range. Soft and hard pipes over 30mm can be connected by it. In order to promote the sealing effect, the throat, in actual engineering, it is not appropriate to use ordinary pipes to directly replace end pipes.

Nut loosening prevention

Locknut has a common requirement for connecting fasteners of supercharger, exhaust manifold and other components on diesel engine: high temperature resistance and strong vibration resistance. The use of nylon nuts, chemical glue and other anti-loosening lock nuts will fail under high temperature conditions: while double nuts with thrust washers are better under high temperature conditions. However, installation is troublesome and the anti-loosening effect is not ideal. The unique structure of the Shibjao nut effectively overcomes the above weaknesses. When the fastener is tightened, it can withstand strong vibration at high temperatures.

In machining, the thread is cut by a tool or grinding wheel on a cylindrical shaft (or the surface of the inner hole). At this time, the workpiece rotates once, the tool moves a certain distance along the workpiece axis, and the mark cut by the tool on the workpiece is the thread. The thread formed on the outer surface is called the outer thread. The thread formed on the surface of the inner hole is called the inner thread. The basis of the thread is the helix on the surface of the circular shaft. Usually, if the cross section of the thread is triangular, it is called triangular thread; the cross section is trapezoidal and called trapezoidal thread; the cross section is zigzag and called zigzag thread; the cross section is square and called square thread; the cross section is circular arc and called circular arc thread and so on.
