Nut loosening prevention
Locknut has a common requirement for connecting fasteners of supercharger, exhaust manifold and other components on diesel engine: high temperature resistance and strong vibration resistance. The use of nylon nuts, chemical glue and other anti-loosening lock nuts will fail under high temperature conditions: while double nuts with thrust washers are better under high temperature conditions. However, installation is troublesome and the anti-loosening effect is not ideal. The unique structure of the Schmidao nut effectively overcomes the above weaknesses. When the fastener is tightened, it can withstand strong vibration at high temperatures. After the components such as the supercharger exhaust pipe oil delivery pipe on the diesel engine are replaced with a screw nut, the problem of loosening of the fasteners at high temperature is effectively solved. As a result, in the diesel engine industry immediately caused a continuous effect. At present, many diesel engine manufacturers in the country, in these parts of the use of a strong nut to play a good anti-loosening locking effect.
